3-Minute Presentation Competition - ICCKE2021
In Cooperation with the Scientific Society of Computer Engineering
Introduction:
3-Minute Thesis competitions originated at the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2008 and are currently held in more than 200 universities worldwide. In Iran, the competition was held by Tehran University of Medical Sciences for the first time for majors related to medical science. Today, the Scientific Society of Computer Engineering at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad is going to hold this competition in cooperation with the conference executive committee. This competition, held along with the 11th ICCKE, aims to make improvements and developments in communicational, expressional, and ideational skills in students. Moreover, it is an opportunity to connect university, industry, and society together and make student research projects practical. The benefits to this plan, in general, is to
-make a chance of knowledge exchange
-practice one’s knowledge in a competitional atmosphere
-familiarize new Master students with the process of seminars
-create a contest
-create ideas for industrial issues and challenges
-lay the groundwork for entrepreneurial activities and foundation of knowledge-based startups.
Competition Subjects
The competition is held in 6 fields:
-Computer Network and Security
-Machine Vision and its Applications(This topic is sponsored by IranServer)
-Machine Learning and its Applications
-Software and Knowledge Engineering
-Computer Architecture and Digital Design
-Implementing Vision-based Applications on Micro-controllers(Amtecind)
Participants
Students from any level of higher education and all universities are welcome to participate in this contest.

In order to submit your file, first, you have to register on the website and then upload your files.

Scoring
Scores in a range of 0-10 will be given by the referees and audience according to the following criteria:
Review Procedure
Received files will be first reviewed by the judicial office and the top 10 presentations will be qualified for the final round. These 10 will be played in an event session in presence of the referee committee and each will get a score based on the mentioned criteria.
