In Cooperation with the Scientific Society of Computer Engineering
3-Minutes presentation competition was held last year in ICCKE2021 and the conference panel selected the following presentations as the best presentations: 1: Maryam Mehrabi, Graduated from the University of Isfahan 2: AmirAbbas Bakhsh Poor, PhD Student of tehran university
3-Minute Thesis competitions originated at the University of Queensland (UQ) in 2008 and are currently held in more than 200 universities worldwide. In Iran, the competition was held by the Tehran University of Medical Sciences for the first time for majors related to medical science. Today, the Scientific Society of Computer Engineering at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad is going to hold this competition in cooperation with the conference executive committee. This competition, held along with the 12th ICCKE, aims to make improvements and developments in communicational, expressional, and ideational skills in students. Moreover, it is an opportunity to connect university, industry, and society and make student research projects practical. The benefits of this plan, in general, are to -make a chance for knowledge exchange -practice one’s knowledge in a competitional atmosphere -familiarize new Master's students with the process of seminars -create a contest -create ideas for industrial issues and challenges -lay the groundwork for entrepreneurial activities and the foundation of knowledge-based startups.
The competition is held in 6 fields: -Computer Network and Security -Machine Vision and its Applications(This topic is sponsored by IranServer) -Machine Learning and its Applications -Software and Knowledge Engineering -Computer Architecture and Digital Design -Implementing Vision-based Applications on Micro-controllers(Amtecind)
