Abstract :
Currently, mining is one of the most destructive economic activities in natural ecosystems. Mining operations bring various negative effects to the environment. In this study, an attempt has been made to look at the ecosystem in a graph-based structure and to use graph mining methods to help preserve the ecosystems that undergo changes in mining operations, the relationships between insects and plants in the desired ecosystem, which is in the northern region of Scotland. be examined and analyzed. The methods of identifying the most important members of the network as well as the criteria for identifying communities in the network and finally comparing and evaluating them and using models to predict secondary extinctions that occur following the removal of a species in the network and examining and evaluating the extent of network damage are the most important parts of this research. they give.
