Abstract :
This paper presents a novel clustering-based strategy for resource collision mitigation in cellular V2X, specifically targeting highway scenarios. By utilizing predictive modeling of vehicle trajectories and driver behavior, the approach ensures reliable performance under varying traffic loads. Compatible with LTE and 5G infrastructures, the method demonstrates significant improvements in packet delivery, achieving 17% gains under light, moderate, and heavy traffic loads on highways, along with reduced error rates. These results highlight its adaptability and robustness, making it a promising solution for enhancing safety and communication reliability in next-generation highway vehicular networks.
